Every strategy needs a strong foundation. That is why I begin with research, which is a separate phase in my process. It helps shape the strategy and ensures decisions are based on insight, not assumption.

What you can expect

The marketing strategy defines your marketing goals and KPIs, maps strengths and weaknesses within your organisation, identifies market opportunities and challenges, and segments customers to understand their behaviours. It also defines your value proposition and unique selling points, outlines your market positioning, and determines the right marketing mix to support your goals.

From there, we move into the practical side of the strategy. This includes selecting the right channels, mapping how they work together to support the customer journey, and defining the key activities to focus on. I also advise on budget allocation and resources, and address any dependencies, constraints or timing considerations to keep plans coordinated and achievable.

Based on your requirements we will discuss the scope of work, milestones and timings.

 

The minimum time required from your end:

  • Before: 2 hours of your time to interview you and determine goals.

  • During: Time to provide me with the requested documents.

  • After: 2 hours of your time to present the findings or strategy.
